  I wish I couldn’t give any stars for this establishment. Received our order via Uber Eats and when we opened two of our waffles, they contained hair. We were so disgusted by it, I called the dessert lounge straight away. Customer service skills for the people that work there are very poor! Got passed to 3 different people who all stated that there isn’t anything they can do about it? Which is absolutely appaling! Only then got through to the manager who kept insisting that his ‘girls’ all wear hair nets and that it’s impossible that it can happen. After speaking to the manager for 20 minutes he then said he would send out a freshly prepared order for us in 45/1hour!!! No sense of sympathy or remorse to the situation! Absolutely disgusting! Never ever again, and I definately will be complaining to the food standard agency in regards to this!
